Here is another speaking exam for you to practice and this month it is about a time when you were with other people and felt bored. Initially, this doesn’t seem like a very easy question, but I’d advise for you to talk about something that is very familiar to you.

The most obvious option might be a particularly boring working day or a conference or meeting that you had to attend. There are many other options, but the key aspect is finding something that you are comfortable talking about.

Let me know in the comments section what you would choose to talk about and synonyms that you would use for boredom. I’ll add a vocabulary list later in the week.

Part 1

Do you live in a house or an apartment?

What is your favourite room?

What would you change about it?

How do you normally prepare it?
